As an executive coach and consultant, I guide leaders, managers, and teams to gain clarity about their true talents and aspirations. Background
Prior to founding Thumbprint Coaching Inc. in 1997, I spent over 15 years in leadership, management and consulting roles, primarily in the financial and high-tech industries. These experiences provided me with the essential knowledge required for developing successful programs in change management, staff retention, leadership, team building, customer service, personal development, and executive and organizational coaching
